Our twin-deck general cargo vessel “21 PANDA” with deadweight of 13,007mts, had completed her third special survey at Zhoushan Huafeng Shipyard in March 2024.

This time her hull and cargo holds were sand blasted and newly painted, looks completely new from inside to outside. Crane manufacturer service engineer boarded vessel to have a thoroughly inspection and carried out a single lifting test of 78 tons and a combine-crane lifting test of 150 tons under the supervision of the class surveyor. Other machinery and equipment were well maintained to make sure vessel's operation in good condition.

During the final stage of docking repair, we applied for RIGHTSHIP inspection, the world's largest third-party maritime risk assessment organization, to promote vessel's safety score. After two days strict inspection and followed up our quickly rectified deficiencies, then finally we got the 4-star rating, which is enough to show a good ship condition and our excellent ship management level.
